  • This morning's training session... Strong people!!!
  • A little snapshot of Rosie's training this morning. 
She started training with us about a year ago. 
At the time her heaviest overhead press was about 6kg. 
On this photo she is taking a light stroll with a 12kg kettlebell overhead - not a bad result doubling your strength! ...and this is just the beginning... The saying is true: "we often underestimate what we can achieve in a year" - we are proud to be able to say, Strengthlab's members prove it over and over again, just how much you can achieve if you stick with working for it!
